Excellent flax seed!
I bought this over a month ago because I heard that flax seed is important for overall health. This product is tolerated very well. I add it to my hot cereal in the morning one tablespoon. It makes it slightly thicker but I add more milk to thin the consistency a bit. I like this flax seed because it dissolves very well in milk when I put it on my cereal. I wish, for the money, that the bag was 15 or 16 oz.
