I am a black female and this product worked wonders on my hair! I did not even know that I had slight heat damage until I saw my hair curl tighter when I used this conditioner. This conditioner, in addition to the shampoo, both are awesome. I have down to my hips, long, thick, curly, puerto rican hair (which I love) and this combo is amazing. I will NEVER buy another conditioner again this IS a keeper!! I have rather fine hair, NOW my hair is fuller, bouncy, looks healthier I love it!
