A good supplement to have on hand
I like to keep some of this around just in case. This supplement can be used to assure you have adequate amounts of iodine in your body, as iodine is not used as a bread supplement anymore and if you don't eat a lot of shellfish, you could easily become deficient and your immune system requires iodine to function properly.I like to keep some of this around just in case.
