Among the best protein from fitness lab/piping rock this protein is among the best with 25 gr protein and 4.5 gr of glutamine in which not many of them are included and the ice on the cake it has no sweetener of any kind the way I like it. This has become my new coffee creamer, I just blend a scoop with some almond milk, add a touch of stevia and heavy cream, keep it in the fridge for that protein coffee creamer. Great for baking and for keto cream cheese fat bombs!
